All reservations (provisional or confirmed) must be submitted in writing. The reservation is only confirmed once it has been accepted and responded to in writing from Planet Safari reservations. Please use the following email: planetsaf@gmail.com
Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days, after which the booking will be cancelled unless otherwise negotiated with us.

Once the reservation is confirmed the agent is invoiced by Planet Safari and it needs to send through a deposit of 20% to hold the booking, unless other terms are specifically negotiated with us. Botswana based companies, please advise your VAT number on booking in order to receive a VAT invoice with your specific details.
Full payment is required into our account a minimum of 60 days prior to travel unless otherwise negotiated with us. Payments are to be made by a direct deposit into our account (bank details are on the invoice) and the full amount must be received into our account (you are accountable for your own bank charges and we are accountable for ours).
Bank Details will be advised on the invoice. US$ invoices and all other currencies are to be paid into the Botswana Pula account. Should you have any queries, please ask before you make payment.
Proof of payment is required as transactions can take up to 2 weeks to process into our account, please scan/email all proof of payments to us with a clear reference to booking name and invoice number.
Cancellations
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Planet Safari. The agent must be sure to collect payment from the clients in order to adhere or the booking agent will be held liable for the cancellation fee.

Cancellation charges shall apply in the following circumstances:
120 to 61 days prior to the safari trip starting date, full 20% advance payment is forfeited
60 to 31 days prior to the safari trip starting date, 50% of total trip cost is forfeited
30 days or less prior to the safari trip starting date and "no shows", the total of trip cost is forfeited to include handling fees and liquidated damages for Planet Safari.
If you are a "no show,“ Planet Safari shall be entitled to treat your reservation as cancelled without having given the Company any notice, and the provisions above shall apply.
General
Generally the agent is responsible for issuing travel vouchers and preparing the itinerary for the clients. However should you require assistance for the itinerary text, please do not hesitate to contact us.
All reservations are subject to local conditions and Planet Safari reserves the right to amend the order of an itinerary or make alternative arrangements should circumstances beyond our control affect the itinerary.
